Description
A bold U.S. Navy design features a red top section with scattered white and blue stars, a central white band with the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor emblem flanked by two U.S. Navy chief petty officer rank insignia, and a blue bottom section with "U.S. NAVY" in red uppercase letters, five white stars, a personalized name in white uppercase letters, and "1965-1971" in white below. The artwork is arranged in horizontal bands with a clean, graphic style. The eagle is brown and white with a yellow beak and talons, holding a yellow anchor and rope. The shield on the eagle’s chest has red and white vertical stripes and a blue top section. The insignia on either side of the emblem are black with red trim and feature a silver eagle over chevrons. The design uses a patriotic red, white, and blue color scheme with crisp, high-contrast elements.
