Description
A bold bald eagle with outstretched wings dominates the center of the flag, its body and feathers detailed in blue, white, and red with a white feathered tail. The eagle is positioned in front of the United States Army seal, a circular emblem with a green border, a golden eagle, and the text "UNITED STATES ARMY" in gold. The flag's background is split: the top half features a blue field with white stars on the left and red and white stripes on the right, while the bottom half is solid olive green. On the left, a green U.S. Army sergeant chevron is above the text a personalized name in white. On the right, a similar chevron is above the years "1964-1974" in white. Below the eagle, the phrases "VETERAN DAY IS FOR ME" and "MEMORIAL DAY IS FOR THEM" are printed in large, bold, gold capital letters. The design uses a patriotic color palette of red, white, blue, green, and gold.
