Description

A U.S. Marine Corps 250th Anniversary flag design features the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor emblem in gold and white on an olive drab background. The emblem includes a golden eagle with spread wings perched atop a globe with white meridians and a golden anchor wrapped in rope. A white scroll beneath the emblem displays "UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS" in red capital letters, and below that, "250TH ANNIVERSARY" is printed in large white capital letters. The flag is shown flying on a pole with the Statue of Liberty visible in the background under a blue sky with scattered clouds.
