Description

A black cap features a large embroidered design on the front: the letters "U.S." in bold white outline, with the U.S. Air Force seal centered between them. The seal shows an eagle above a shield with wings and a star, all in gold and red thread. Below the seal, "U.S. Air Force" and "1947" are embroidered in gold script. The word "VETERAN" is embroidered in gold capital letters across the brim, flanked by gold laurel wreath designs. Small gold American flag patches are embroidered on both sides of the cap. The embroidery uses raised thread with a textured, detailed finish.
