Description

A bold cartoon sailor with a pipe and crossed knives is centered on a black cap, flanked by a U.S. flag patch on the left and an Eagle, Globe, and Anchor emblem on the right. The text "UNITED STATES NAVY" arches above in yellow, with "PROUDLY SERVED" below in yellow on the brim. A personalized name and years "1986-2005" appear below a U.S. Navy rating badge. The background features faded script resembling the U.S. Constitution, with "We the People" visible. The design uses black, gold, and red with a distressed, vintage look.
