Description
A bold bald eagle with outstretched wings, its feathers patterned with the American flag, dominates the front of the cap. Above the eagle, the text "U.S. SEABEES VETERAN" is printed in large white capital letters. Below the eagle is the U.S. Navy Seabees emblem, a circular gold-bordered seal featuring a construction worker with a helmet and the words "SEABEES" and "CAN DO!" in gold. The background is a black fabric patterned with faint script resembling the U.S. Constitution. On either side of the central emblem are two U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer (CPO) rank insignia, each with a red chevron and a gold eagle, with the years "1965" and "1970" in gold below them. Small American flags appear on the sides of the cap. The brim is black with "PROUDLY SERVED" in gold capital letters. The design uses a color palette of black, gold, red, white, and blue.
