Description
A bold bald eagle with outstretched wings, its feathers rendered in red, white, and blue stripes, is centered on the cap's front. Above the eagle, the text "U.S. NAVY VETERAN" appears in white capital letters. Below the eagle is the circular U.S. Navy seal, featuring an eagle, globe, and anchor, encircled by "UNITED STATES NAVY" in gold. The background consists of a black field with a faded American flag pattern of stars and stripes in gold and black. On either side of the central design are two U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer (CPO) rank insignia, each with a red chevron and a silver eagle. The years "1965" and "1970" are printed in gold on either side of the seal. Small American flags are positioned on the sides of the cap. The brim features the phrase "PROUDLY SERVED" in gold capital letters, flanked by gold laurel wreath designs. The artwork uses a patriotic color scheme of red, white, blue, gold, and black.
