Description

A navy blue flag features "UNITED STATES NAVY" in bold yellow arched text at the top. Centered is the official U.S. Navy seal: a circular emblem with a white field showing an eagle with outstretched wings over an anchor and shield, encircled by a gold rope and the words "UNITED STATES NAVY" in blue. Below the seal, a personalized name is printed in large yellow letters. On either side of the seal are two U.S. flags, each above a black chevron with a silver eagle and red stripes, flanked by the years "1969" and "1973" in yellow. The design uses a bold, distressed style with yellow and white text on a dark navy background.
