Description

A navy blue cap features a central design with "U.S. NAVY" in white arched text at the top. Below this, a U.S. Navy Petty Officer Second Class (PO2) rating badge is centered, showing a white eagle above a black shield with a red chevron and a white globe and anchor emblem. The years "1966" and "1970" appear in white on either side of the badge. Underneath the badge, "USS HAWKINS DD-873" is printed in gold. The artwork uses white and gold lettering on a dark blue background with a clean, crisp layout.
