A black leather-style jacket features a large gold and black U.S. Army seal on the back, centered within a circular emblem with laurel wreaths and the text "UNITED STATES ARMY" arched above and "VETERAN" below. The seal includes an eagle, globe, and anchor, with "1901" and "1965" on either side of the central shield. The front left sleeve displays a small American flag patch, and the right sleeve shows a gold rank insignia with "TUC" in gold lettering above it.
