Description

A bold bald eagle with outstretched wings stands at the center, clutching a golden scroll, with the U.S. Army seal behind it featuring an eagle, shield, and the text "UNITED STATES" in a green circle. The eagle is set against a background of red, white, and blue stripes and stars, with "U.S. ARMY" in large white letters at the top. Below the eagle, a green U.S. Army rank chevron with three gold stripes is displayed, followed by the text a personalized name in gold and "1996 - 2016" in gold beneath it. The design uses a patriotic color palette of red, white, blue, gold, and green with a dynamic, illustrative style.
