Description

A black flag features a central design with a bald eagle on the left, a golden Liberty Bell in the center, and the Statue of Liberty on the right, all set against a red, white, and blue American flag background. The text "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" is arched above the imagery in white capital letters. Below the central icons, the years "1776" and "2026" flank the large white text "250 YEARS", with "SEMIQUINCENTENNIAL" in smaller white text beneath. The flag is displayed on a pole with a gold finial, set against a backdrop of the Statue of Liberty, water, and a sky with scattered clouds.
