Description

A navy blue flag features "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" in white uppercase letters at the top. Below, large white numerals "250" dominate the design, outlined in red. A red ribbon with white edges wraps around the "250", displaying "1776-2026" in white text. The ribbon's center is a circular cutout showing a portion of the American flag's stars and stripes. Beneath the "250", the word "ANNIVERSARY" appears in white uppercase letters, flanked by five white stars on each side. The artwork is set against a background showing the Statue of Liberty and a waterfront scene under a blue sky with scattered clouds.
