A black baseball cap features a large central embroidered patch with "UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS" in gold lettering above the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor emblem. Below the emblem, a gold banner reads a personalized name and two gold banners display the years "1964" and "1974". On either side of the central patch are red and gold Sergeant Major rank chevrons. Small American flag patches are on the sides of the cap. The brim has "PROUDLY SERVED" in gold lettering flanked by gold laurel wreath designs. The artwork uses black, gold, red, and white.
