Premium US Navy Custom Hat BPVC180612

A bold United States Navy design features the official seal at the center, with a bald eagle holding an anchor and a rope, flanked by two green enlisted rank insignia patches. The text "UNITED STATES NAVY" appears in yellow above the seal, with "1971 - 1997" in yellow below. The background is black with faint script resembling the Constitution, and vertical blue and yellow stripes run down the sides. Small American flags and yellow stars are on the sides, and a silver Navy Chief Petty Officer rating badge is centered on the brim. The artwork uses a patriotic color scheme of navy blue, yellow, white, and red.
