Description

A dark blue flag with horizontal white stripes features "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" in white capital letters at the top. Below, large white "SC 250" text has a red outline; the "C" contains a black palmetto tree. The "0" in "250" is a red, white, and blue circular design with stars and stripes, enclosing "1776 2026" in white. "ANNIVERSARY" appears in light blue below the numbers. Underneath, "SEMIQUINCENTENNIAL" is written in white, flanked by two white stars. The background has small white stars on the blue field. The flag is shown flying on a pole with the Statue of Liberty visible to the left.
