Description

A navy blue flag features "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" in white capital letters at the top. Below, a large "250" is displayed, with the "2" in silver and the "5" and "0" filled with a red-and-white striped pattern and a small American flag. To the right of the number is a brown ship's wheel with a brown anchor inside. The phrase "SAILING THROUGH HISTORY" appears in white capital letters below the number, flanked by two white stars. The background has horizontal navy blue and white stripes with small white stars. The flag is shown flying in front of the Statue of Liberty against a blue sky with clouds.
