The front features a large black arched patch with a white border, displaying "250TH ANNIVERSARY" in gold uppercase letters at the top, three gold five-point stars below it, "U.S. NAVY" in large gold uppercase letters, and "1775 - 2025" in gold below. The brim has "U.S. NAVY" in gold uppercase letters. On the side, there is a U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer (CPO) rating badge with a white eagle, red and black chevrons, and a silver fouled anchor, with a personalized name in gold uppercase letters below it. The cap's fabric has a green and black digital camouflage pattern.
