Description
A bold bald eagle with outstretched wings dominates the center of the flag, its feathers patterned with the stars and stripes of the American flag. Behind the eagle, the left half of the flag displays the U.S. flag's blue canton with white stars and red and white vertical stripes. Below the eagle is the circular United States Air Force seal, featuring an eagle, a globe, and wings, with the text "UNITED STATES AIR FORCE" around the border. To the right of the seal is the Air Force rank insignia for a Senior Master Sergeant (three stripes and a star). Beneath the insignia are the years "1965-1971" and the text a personalized name in large yellow capital letters. The right side of the flag is a solid light gray background. The design uses patriotic red, white, and blue with yellow text.
