Description

A bold bald eagle with outstretched wings stands at the center, clutching a golden scroll. Behind the eagle, a circular Army National Guard seal shows a soldier with a rifle, surrounded by the text "ARMY NATIONAL GUARD" in white. The background features red and white stripes radiating outward, with white stars on a blue field in the upper left. Below the eagle, a green U.S. Army Sergeant rank chevron is displayed. The text a personalized name in gold capital letters appears above "1996 - 2016" in gold numerals. The entire design is set against a dynamic backdrop of red, white, and blue with a patriotic, sunburst effect.
