Centered below is the U.S. Army seal: a circular emblem with a bald eagle clutching an olive branch and arrows, above a shield with red and white stripes and a blue field with white stars, all surrounded by a yellow ring with "UNITED STATES ARMY" and stars. The years "1969" and "1973" appear in yellow on either side of the seal, each next to a small American flag.
