Description

A red flag features a central design with two bald eagles with outstretched wings, each holding a circular emblem with a gold rank chevron. Between the eagles is the circular seal of the Department of Veterans Affairs, showing an eagle over the American flag. Above the seal, "UNITED STATES VETERAN" is printed in large white letters. Below the seal, the name a personalized name and the years "1967-1978" appear in white, followed by the phrase "I SERVED MY COUNTRY. WHAT DID YOU DO?" in white. The background has a subtle texture of faded text resembling the U.S. Constitution. The artwork uses a bold color palette of red, white, and gold with black outlines.
