Because many of our products are made-to-order or custom-produced, certain conditions apply. Please review this policy carefully before requesting a return.


1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)
  • Not show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery

We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

3. Return Shipping Costs

We will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged
  • The product is defective or not functioning properly
  • The item is missing essential parts or components

We may ask for photos or videos to verify the issue and resolve it faster.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs if:

  • You no longer want the product

4. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 6–12 hours after placing it, as long as it has not entered production or been shipped.

Once production begins or the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still request a return after delivery if eligible under this policy.


5. Common Return Situations

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (including shipping label)

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


📭 Wrong Item or Missing Items

If your order is incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 30 days.
We may request verification (photos or details) before resolving the issue.


🚚 Lost or Not Received Orders

If tracking shows no movement for an extended time, or the order is marked “Delivered” but not received:

  • Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date or status
  • We will investigate with the carrier

If confirmed lost or misdelivered, we will provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.


6. How to Request a Return

10. Important Notes for Print-on-Demand Products

As many Proudlywear items are made specifically for each order, slight variations may occur in:

  • Print placement
  • Color tone
  • Fabric feel

These variations are considered normal and are not treated as defects unless significantly different from the product description.
